Great selection of craft beer, delivery is always on time, highly recommend if there are no good beer stores in your area.

So I placed my order around 9:00PM and I didnt receive a phone call regarding the order for 55 minutes. So now its pushing 10:00PM and Im told it will be another 45 minutes before the driver arrives. Im irritated but I say "ok, see you when you get here". Its now almost 11:30 and still no beer... The name of the app says in less than an hour, will I be refunded? Doubtful. This is a great app in concept but in practice its falling short.

Im not a fan of going to the liquor store & this service solves that problem. This app has really saved me in a pinch when we ran out of drinks during a party. The Minibar folks were super friendly when there was an availability issue with my order. It was solved quickly & Im very happy. Thanks Minibar!

This app does what it says on the tin: booze in under an hour. Whats not to like? I use it all the time and find it very reliable. Highly recommended.

Minibar is an easy way to get your hands on some beverages without having to do more than place your order. Perfect when youre planning a work happy hour or getting ready for a house party and youre short on time.

The service was very fast and the beer was ice cold. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and professional the delivery man was. The app was simple and easy to use.

Ive used mini bar twice now and loved it. The delivery was very quick, the order perfect and they have a great selection of products. I love that they also have a wide selection of mixers. Highly recommend.

Pretty for the lazy amongst us, two suggestions for the app - a way to suggest/request new varieties of drinks and that it remember delivery instructions so I dont have to re-enter them every time

Item was delivered within the hour of the liquor store opening. Essentially the wrong item was delivered, but with one quick email they had the correct bottle out to the recipient within 15 minutes. I received a few emails about them correcting the issue. Communication was great! Thanks for the service. I will be using them again!

Ive used this app a few times and not once has there been a delivery that took less than 1.5 hours. $25 minimum when the wine you want is $24.99 plus there is no way to track your order. Dont bother wasting your time.

I ordered a bottle of Crown Royal Reserve to test out the app and it was delivered within around 45 minutes. I had some of it and didnt want to leavea the house so I ordered a couple of other bottles just for fun and again, delivery was precise and under an hour. Great app!

So. Many. Crashes. Recently I tried to add a new credit card and the app kept crashing. The app also crashed when I forgot my password with a full cart. It makes me very nervous to put my credit card in the app given its complete inability to handle a new card. "Unable to verify your credit card information" makes me think that I need to invest in identity protection services. Total. Fail.

I ordered at 7:02pm and my delivery came at 10pm. I wanted this app to be my new go-to for its pricing and concept but its delivery system is not well planned and can ruin your evening, it certainly did mine. Much work to be done but good concept.

I tried this service once and my girlfriend tried it once as well. BOTH times were awful. It took the drivers 2.5 and 3 hours, respectively, to deliver our orders. The customer service is really lacking too. When we called the support line, they could never get ahold of the driver and would tell us "it shouldn’t be more than 10-20 minutes”. Nice tactic… “Just keep waiting”! Sure thing, because I certainly have nothing else going on in a 3 hour period. Of course, we had to call them AGAIN both times after waiting 30 more minutes, they told us they’ll send over a discount code on the next order ($5 off, whoopee-doo...) and that we should just wait some more. Screw this app, I could’ve walked to and from the liquor store 3 times in the time it took them to deliver.

My first (and last) attempt to place an order on this cheap app, was infuriating. After having way more than the lousy $25. minimum for delivery in my cart, they give you repeated error messages asking for more than $25. worth of goods. HUH? Aint nobody got time for this. Delete!!
