Keeps crashing or giving me error messages. I cant get past my name/address/phone to even use the app so its useless to try to order.

This is my first time user and omg an hour it arrived at my front door step. This is a awesome app no regrets. Its like your ordering food delivery but instead your ordering wine delivery. Like I said its awesome.

App is well designed but customer service is absolutely awful. Order was over 2 hours late so I had to cancel it. The contact person was incredibly rude and the follow up customer service was just useless

This is my first review for any app I have purchased. Due to the fact I was so pleased with the ease of this app, I definitely had to put my two cents in. I love the actual app design. Minibar was able to find the liquor store and have my order placed together pronto! I also loved that the app gave me delivery options (something to note if in case I have any gatherings at home). I purchased the app because I had walked several blocks (Brooklyn, NY) to locate a liquor store that carried St. Germain, and I couldnt find any! So once I downloaded the app and typed in what I was looking for, it found a place right away! I love it!! Definitely recommending this app to friends & family!

I downloaded but didnt order. The alcohols I drink didnt even show up on the list. Dont know how the service is since they didnt have even one of my liquors.

I tried this for the first time when I ran out of alcohol while I was hosting a party. I ordered 2 big cases of beer, some vodka, and some wine and it all came in 20 minutes. I didnt have to lift a finger or run up and down my 5 story walk-up. On top of that, the app itself was quick and easy. Their recommendations and design make it stand out. Minibar definitely kept the party going all night. I will never use the liquor store ever again.

Seriously, nobody wants to go out and buy beer when youre already buzzed. Minibar saved our afternoon by delivering superfast and super friendly. Will definitely order from then again, thank you so much.

It was Memorial Day and a lot of places had already closed. I had several friends over and didnt have any liquor in the house. Quickly downloaded the mini bar app. Placed my order and 40 minutes later the delivery was here. Lets get the party started! Great service! Saved the night!

2/3 items I ordered through the app were not actually in stock, and the beer was delivered very warm. Both of these could be an issue with the distributor and not Minibar, but the overall experience suffers. Application has a problem where the clock and battery bar are always present, showing in landscape orientation, while the phone itself and the rest of the content are in portrait orientation. My cc info was inexplicably saved four times within the app interface.

I use this app for all my last minute orders at my parties when we run out of booze. Awesome app!
