STUPID LONG DELIVERY TIME, AWFUL SERVICE

I tried this service once and my girlfriend tried it once as well. BOTH times were awful. It took the drivers 2.5 and 3 hours, respectively, to deliver our orders. The customer service is really lacking too. When we called the support line, they could never get ahold of the driver and would tell us "it shouldn’t be more than 10-20 minutes”. Nice tactic… “Just keep waiting”! Sure thing, because I certainly have nothing else going on in a 3 hour period. Of course, we had to call them AGAIN both times after waiting 30 more minutes, they told us they’ll send over a discount code on the next order ($5 off, whoopee-doo...) and that we should just wait some more.

Screw this app, I could’ve walked to and from the liquor store 3 times in the time it took them to deliver.
