Terrible communication

Was told the deliver would be there in 30 min. Get a call from the delivery guy. Says hes here. Hes not. Call back he had borrowed some dudes on the streets phone. Call mini bar they say the store closed and they will cancel the order. 3 days later I still have no confirmation. Call mini bar again and they say there is no log of the cancelation. Now I have to wait three additional days for my money to be returned. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Other apps do the same thing and actually keep their promises.
